The daily loop

Capture without thinking, synthesize on purpose. The inbox is allowed to be messy; the wiki is not.

DAILY

Drop links, snippets, and decisions into inbox as they happen.

WEEKLY

Promote what still matters into wiki or a project note. Delete the rest.

PER PROJECT

Keep one running decision log so the “why” survives the sprint.
